Services Terms and Conditions

1.1 By booking services with Mindfuel Dietitian, you agree to these terms.

2. Payment and Cancellation
2.1 Payment is required at the time of booking. Late invoices incur a 5% weekly fee after 4 weeks.
2.2 Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice are non-refundable.

3. Exclusion Criteria
3.1 Services are unsuitable for:
  - Clients unwilling to make behavior changes.
  - Clients requiring multidisciplinary care (e.g., untreated psychological conditions).
  - Clients presenting with critical medical concerns as per MEED guidelines, including:
    - BMI < 13 for adults or < 70% for under 18s.
    - Weight loss >1kg per week for two consecutive weeks.
    - Heart rate <40 BPM.
    - Severe postural hypotension or medical instability.


4. Multidisciplinary Collaboration
4.1 Mindfuel Dietitian collaborates with other professionals to ensure comprehensive care.


5. Refund Policy
5.1 Refunds are provided only under specific conditions and may include a 10% administrative fee.

6. Insurance Information
6.1 Clients may claim services through private health insurance where applicable. Filing claims is the client's responsibility.

7. Use of Remote Services
7.1 Remote consultations cannot provide physical examinations. Clients are advised to seek local healthcare for in-person assessments.

8. Client Responsibilities
8.1 Clients must:
  - Provide accurate and up-to-date health and lifestyle information.
  - Inform Mindfuel Dietitian of any changes in health status.

9.1 Services may be terminated by either party in cases of non-compliance with terms, non-payment, or inappropriate behavior.
