About Me
I’m Madeline, an experienced dietitian here to help you find balance with food and feel more confident in your nutrition choices. My expertise comes from working in specialist eating disorder services within the NHS and private practice settings. At MindFuel Dietitian, I focus on supporting eating disorders, mental health, and active living. Through my practice, I’ve realised how challenging it can be to balance exercise and nutrition, and I’m here to help you find what works best for your unique needs.
Why I Became a Dietitian
My passion for nutrition comes from seeing how it can reshape lives — improving both physical health and mental well-being. This inspired me to pursue a career where I can guide others toward lasting, positive change.
Life Outside of Work
When I’m not supporting clients, you’ll find me on dog walks, at CrossFit, swimming, cycling, or running — or simply enjoying good food and taking time to rest. I believe health is about finding joy in movement, meals, and balance.
My Philosophy
I believe food should be enjoyed, not feared. My goal is to support clients in developing a better relationship with food by encouraging balance, promoting flexibility, and acknowledging sensory preferences that may affect eating habits.
